Return & Refund Policy

At FabChic Premier Hair, we are committed to providing premium-quality virgin and raw human hair products.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair products, including but not limited to:

• Hair bundles
• Closures
• Frontals
• Wigs
• Clip-ins
• Ponytails
• Hair care products
• Accessories

Because our products are made from 100% human hair, we cannot verify whether an item has been worn, installed, altered, washed, colored, brushed, or otherwise used once it leaves our facility.

For this reason, all purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item received
• Photos of the packaging

After review, FabChic Premier Hair will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment, it cannot be canceled.
